Our 2026 Service Charge Update
As one of the most technologically advanced and cost-efficient service providers in our sector, we are happy to announce that our service pricing remains mostly unchanged for 2026.
By investing in our people and our technology, we have been able to optimise efficiency with zero compromise to our industry-leading professional standards. This ensures that our clients always receive Compliance Certification they can rely on, in a reasonable time, giving them a significant advantage in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
The only small changes to our fee structure in 2026, are in technical areas where government legislation has been newly introduced or altered to control emerging technologies, requiring a more detailed and technical approach to the certification of certain products.
The first of these covers applications for licencing of a;
- DC Isolator
- Lithium battery including for use in renewable energy product and e-micromobility vehicle
- Electric Vehicle Charger (EVC/EVSE) or accessories, e.g. plug and/or cable assembly
- Portable Inverter including battery charging or power supply, NOT for grid-connection
- Micromobility vehicles including e-bike, e-scooter, e-skateboard, e-hoverboard or similar
- LED Luminaire with Unapproved Driver
From 1 January 2026, our fee for this service will be AUD $1,500. This applies to new applications, renewals or co-approvals.
Our pricing has also been updated for licencing applications for:
- Inverter system or hybrid inverter or micro-inverter, grid-connected or not
- Power conversion equipment/system (PCE/PCS), grid-connected or not
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS/ESS), grid-connected or not
- Other renewable energy products or similar, grid-connected or not, requiring multiple reviews
From 1 January 2026, this service will cost AUD $2,500, and applies to new applications, renewals or co-approvals.
Our only other cost update for 2026 covers EMC conformity certification (ACMA/RSM) for Non-Radio/Non-Telecom Equipment for Australia and New Zealand. This increases slightly to AUD $500.
