2. Prices above exclude GST, which will only apply to Australian registered business’/entities.
3. This service does not carry a JASANZ endorsement or accreditation mark and does not imply otherwise.
4. This service does not include evaluation of the AS/CA S042 series, a compliant test report is required to be provided by the applicant.
5. Modification(s) to a certificate could be applied for, however the charge will be subjected to the time spent however it will not be more than the cost of the original certificate.
6. Availability of Priority Service is subject to the current workload and as we will make every effort to deliver within that period, e.g., 3 working day priority (72 hours), please enquire first.
7. Client Guidelines and General Terms and Conditions of Services must be adhered to by clients and responsible suppliers alike.
8. Our Online Application System (OAS) will have all the up-to-date information and options including method of payment.

GENERAL NOTES:

• All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and Australian entities are subjected to the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  GST is currently 10% and will not be charged to clients outside of Australia (overseas entities, please tick the box on our OAS).
• All fees are based on a single review of one main test report and supporting documents. This is the standard service.
• Multiple report fee: Where applications require review of multiple test reports or standards an additional service fee of AUD $250 per report/standard may apply. If this is applicable to you, there is an option on our OAS for you to choose how many additional reports/standards are relevant.
• Additional review fee: Where additional information is provided or requested and reviewed, charges/quotes at the hourly rate may be applied.
• If certification is required by regulation and certificate details must be uploaded to the new EESS platform under the RECS declaration, then an administrative fee of AUD 50 is automatically applied on the OAS.
• Where the certificate includes multiple models, an additional service fee will be applied as follows:
  • Up to 199 models are included in the original fee (no additional charge).
  • Over 200 models to 499 models will automatically attract an AUD 100 surcharge.
  • Over 500 models will automatically attract another AUD 100 surcharge.
• Upon the client’s request, we offer an Equipment Registration Service and will register the Responsible Suppliers products/models on the new EESS platform, typically 3 days after the certificate is issued and on behalf of the Responsible Supplier with a service fee of AUD $50 plus the government registration fee for 1, 2 or 5-year. This can be chosen at the time of application on our Online Applications System (OAS).
• All bank (local and international) and statuary charges MUST be paid for by the client/responsible supplier/payee.
• Please note: The fees are for our service, resources and time spent on reviewing the documentation provided by the client for our government recognised / accredited certification services. There is no guarantee or implied guarantee you will receive a certificate simply by paying the fee or not providing completed documentation. All fees paid or invoiced are non-refundable.
• The certificate always remains the property of Conformity Certification Services Pty Limited and its subsidiaries.
• All expenses incurred over and above those normally covered by this Schedule of Fees, will be charged at cost.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; this Schedule of Fees takes effect from 1 January 2026.
